Lexus of Nashville & Lexus of Cool Springs is seeking Automotive Technicians to join our Brentwood and Nashville teams. You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain Lexus vehicles, collaborating with senior technicians in a supportive, high‑quality environment.

• Shadow senior technicians in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
• Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot vehicle concerns.
• Contribute to delivering outstanding customer service with every vehicle.

What You'll Do Daily:

• Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot and resolve vehicle concerns
• Contribute to delivering outstanding customer service with every vehicle you work on

What We're Looking For:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and a sharp eye for detail
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Experience or interest in using diagnostic tools such as multimeters and scan tools
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and automotive software
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills-because great cars require great teams!
