AutoNation in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an Auto Technician to join our Honda East Las Vegas service team. This entry-level role performs vehicle maintenance per dealer and factory standards, with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Starting pay begins at $17+ per hour, based on experience and certifications, with longevity bonuses and productivity incentives. You will work with seasoned technicians and service advisors in a busy, temperature-controlled shop, gaining OEM

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience as an express/quick lube technician is preferred.
Valid in-state driver’s license.
Attention to detail and ability to follow processes.

Responsibilities

Perform vehicle maintenance work as outlined on the repair order in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty.
Communicate with the Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication.
Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
