AutoNation is hiring a Senior Technician at Honda East Las Vegas to repair and maintain vehicles per dealer and factory standards. You'll help build customer loyalty by ensuring safety and reliability while working in a state-of-the-art, climate-controlled shop.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years automotive technician experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow repair orders accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance per repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs with customer authorization.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and make safety recommendations.
• Document work performed on the repair order.
• Maintain an inventory of standard tools and stay current with factory bulletins and trainings.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
