AutoNation is seeking an Auto Technician/Auto Mechanic at Honda Renton, WA to perform vehicle maintenance in line with dealer and factory standards. You will work with a team of seasoned technicians and service staff to deliver top‑notch workmanship and contribute to customer loyalty and trust.

Your role involves efficient repairs, clear communication with the service team, and ongoing training to stay current with vehicles and factory recommendations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Express/quick lube technician experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes for quality and safety.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs as outlined in repair orders according to dealer and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Document all work performed on each vehicle in the repair order.
• Stay current with factory technical bulletins and participate in training classes as appropriate.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
