Carvana is seeking an Express Technician (Lube) in Dallas to perform express services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections. You will be the first line of defense in vehicle maintenance, ensuring services are completed with speed and precision.

With a focus on accuracy and safety, you will work in a high-volume dealership, documenting findings and communicating with the Service Advisor. ASE certifications are a plus; this is a full-time role with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional automotive repair experience.
• Foundational knowledge of automotive systems and tires.
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high standards.
• Excellent communication and a team-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and shop equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oil changes, tire rotations, fluid top-offs, and multi-point inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Document services performed and communicate findings to Service Advisor.
• Collaborate with technicians, parts staff, and service advisors.
• Participate in ongoing training and stay current with procedures.
