Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations and light maintenance tasks.
• Support high volume Express Lane department ensuring safety.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in training as needed.
• Provide friendly, professional greeting and resolve customer concerns.
• Ensure customer needs are understood and addressed.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain workflow.
