Job summary

Carvana is hiring an Express Technician (Lube) to join our rapid-service team in Dallas. You’ll perform express maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections with speed and accuracy, while documenting services and communicating findings to the Service Advisor.

The role requires at least 1 year of automotive repair experience, familiarity with engines, brakes, and tires, and a commitment to quality work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional automotive repair experience.
• Foundational knowledge of engine, brakes, and tires.
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and quality work.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
• Excellent communication and a team-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and shop equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform express services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid top-offs, and multi-point inspections with speed and accuracy.
• Adhere to dealership and OEM procedures for service work and keep a clean, safe environment.
• accurately document all services and communicate findings to the Service Advisor.
• Work collaboratively with technicians, parts team members, and service advisors to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to stay current with automotive technology and look for efficiency improvements.
