Job summary

Dwayne Lane is seeking an Express Service Technician to join our automotive team on site in Burlington, WA. You will perform routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and help customers understand needed repairs while upholding safety and quality standards.

You’ll work with hand and power tools, support inspections, and contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused service department that values accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior dealership or auto repair experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
• Able to lift heavy objects safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs with accuracy.
• Diagnose issues and determine needed repairs.
• Assist with alignments, tire services, and inspections to ensure safety and performance.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Explain services to customers and suggest additional maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
