Job summary

Select Sires, Inc. is seeking an Export Support & Logistics Coordinator to join our Plain City, OH team. This hourly, non-exempt role supports documentation, data entry, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time shipments and accuracy.

The role reports to the Manager, Export Customer Service & Logistics, with a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM; prior logistics or agricultural background is a plus and a strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize.
• Willing to learn and be teachable.

Responsibilities

• Generate, review and compile documents.
• Coordinate with export operations and logistics teams.
• Perform data entry in multiple systems for monitoring and tracking.
• Serve as a positive representative of the mission and core values.
