Job summary

Randstad USA in Irving, TX is seeking an experienced export logistics specialist to lead international freight documentation, cargo tracking, and billing coordination. You will manage Bills of Lading, SED filings, and coordinate with global carriers to keep shipments moving.

No degree required; shift First; hours 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. You will liaise with clients, vendors, and internal accounting to ensure accurate billing and timely updates.

Qualifications

• Draft and manage shipping documents including Bills of Lading and SED filings.
• Track cargo end-to-end and coordinate routing with international carriers.
• Serve as primary contact for accounts, providing status updates and quotes.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal accounting for billing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation, dock receipts, bills of lading, export declarations.
• File SEDs and track cargo to ensure proper movement and delivery.
• Provide billing information to accounting and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Communicate with vendors and clients regarding shipment status and rates.
• Coordinate with company branches and agents for client satisfaction.

Ready to steer international freight and elevate customer success? You’ll lead export documentation (Bills of Lading, SED filings), drive cargo tracking, handle account billing, and keep global shipments moving seamlessly.

salary: $50,960 - $50,961 per year

• Export Documentation: Draft and manage critical shipping documents, including Bills of Lading, dock receipts, and SED filings.
• Shipment Tracking & Routing: Track cargo movement end-to-end and coordinate routing and dispatching with international carriers.
• Client & Vendor Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for accounts, delivering status updates, rate quotes, and daily support.
• Internal & Network Liaison: Collaborate closely with external suppliers, internal accounting for accurate billing, and regional company branches.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Function - other duties as assigned.

• Prepare documentation, dock receipts, bills of lading, export declarations.
• File SED’s (Shippers Export Declarations)
• Track and trace cargo as necessary to insure proper movement and delivery.
• Provide accounting department with proper and correct billing information.
• Communicate withclients regarding disposition of Freight(i.e., tracking & tracing, routing & dispatching, and rate quotations).
• Communicate with vendors/suppliers regarding shipment dispatch, routing, pricing, and rates.
• Communicate & correspond withother Companybranches and agents forclientsatisfaction and ensureexcellentservice execution.

Other Skills & Abilities

• Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate (verbally and intuitively) effectively with both clients and internal personnel.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be career-oriented, hard-working, quick learner and have excellent recall for past events/situations/numbers.
• Strong knowledge of personal computers

Physical Requirements

• Talking, hearing, and using hands to operate computer equipment.
