The role supports the Shipping and Compliance Teams in handling domestic and international shipments, documentation, and regulatory compliance. The position requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years of shipping experience, knowledge of export documentation, and familiarity with major carriers.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of shipping experience, domestic and international.
• Knowledge of export documentation and customs procedures.
• Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, DHL and freight providers.
• Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and shipping software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process domestic and international shipments according to customer and regulatory requirements.
• Create and verify export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, and shipping labels.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. export regulations, customs laws, and international shipping requirements.
• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and internal departments.
• Schedule pickups and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

As an Import/Export Coordinator, you will be part of the Logistics Department supporting the Shipping and Compliance Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Schedule: M-F with 7am start time

What's the Job?
