Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistic is seeking a seasoned procurement manager in Houston, TX to direct staff, oversee export/import processes, and expand export service offerings. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in procurement with supervisory experience, plus strong MS Office skills and customer-focused problem-solving abilities.

  • 5+ years of procurement experience.
  • 5+ years of supervisory or management experience.

  • Proficient with MS Office.

  • Expedites importexport arrangements and maintains current information on importexport tariffs, licenses, and restrictions

  • Effectively manages difficult customer situations

  • Ability to be a teamplayer and work effectively with seniorlevel staff.

  • Ability to communicate at all levels, be proactive and be able to work effectively under pressure.

  • Proficient at MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).

  • Ability to pay attention to detail and be highly organized.

  • Strong desire to work in a fast paced environment while providing inspiration to a growing team.


Education & Experience


  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in International Business Administration, Finance or Economics, is required.

  • 5 or more years of procurement experience.

  • 5 or more years of supervisory or management experience

  • Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus

  • Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.
