Job summary

Consolidated Grain and Barge (CGB) is seeking an administrative/clerical professional to support our export team. You will coordinate sample instructions, oversee testing requirements, and ensure buyer commitments are met throughout the grain transaction process.

Responsibilities include data entry, processing tickets, A/P and A/R, reporting, and general office support. Strong communication, time management, and discretion are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Related working experience required.
• Preferred: experience in the functional area supported.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and process tickets.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Provide customer support and prepare reports.
• Answer phones and direct calls as needed.
• Assist with travel arrangements and meetings.
