ABC Supply is seeking a motivated Export Customer Service Coordinator to join the team and support administrative branch operations. You will assist customers, vendors, branches, and the international sales team with export orders, answer calls promptly, and ensure orders ship on time with excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, vendors, branches, and the international sales team with export orders.

• Provide administrative support for branch leadership.
• Perform data entry and filing; take and deliver messages.
• Deliver superior customer service throughout the process.
• Assist with branch accounting, receiving of products, and purchasing duties.

Specific duties may include:

• Assisting customers, vendors, branches, and the international sales team with export orders
• Answering the telephone in a prompt and courteous manner
• Assuring that orders are processed correctly, shipments are coordinated on time, and customers receive excellent support throughout the process
• Administrative and clerical support for branch leadership as needed
• Taking and delivering messages
• Data entry and filing
• Providing superior customer service
• General office dutiesAssisting with branch accounting as needed
