Responsibilities

• Manage export compliance operations, including export documentation, EEI filing audits, shipping records, and audit-ready files.
• Research and interpret U.S. export regulations (including EAR) and provide guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Support export licensing activities through record maintenance, license tracking, and application preparation.
• Resolve GTM system holds and compliance issues with Logistics, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
• Drive process improvements and scalable compliance workflows while maintaining accuracy and regulatory compliance.
