Job summary

Dell’s U.S. Operations team is seeking an Export Controls Advisor to support export compliance, documentation, and licensing activities. You will work with Trade Compliance, Logistics, and Legal to ensure compliant shipment flows and resolve GTM system holds.

The role emphasizes analytical research, policy interpretation, and practical application to enable global trade while maintaining controls and business enablement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years in compliance, operations, supply chain, legal, finance, or related function.
• Ability to conduct research and apply findings to practical business problems.

Responsibilities

• Manage export compliance operations: documentation, EEI filings, shipping records, audit-ready files.
• Research and interpret U.S. export regulations (EAR) and guide internal stakeholders.
• Support licensing activities: record maintenance, license tracking, application prep.
• Resolve GTM system holds with Logistics and Operations to ensure uninterrupted shipments.
• Drive scalable compliance workflows with accuracy and efficiency.
