The ideal candidate has a strong legal/compliance background with 5+ years in export compliance, the ability to read technical specifications, and is bilingual

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law, international business, compliance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of direct experience in export compliance and legal frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of EAR, ECCN classification, deemed exports, and licensing procedures.
• Ability to read complex technical specifications to classify the company’s technology.
