Job summary

Crane Aerospace and Electronics in Fort Walton Beach, FL is seeking an Export Compliance Manager to lead the site’s export compliance program and support industrial security. The SESCM serves as the site’s export compliance official and holds a U.S.

government security clearance to assist the FSO in maintaining compliance. This role requires strong knowledge of ITAR, EAR, OFAC, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, contracts, and leadership to ensure ongoing compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of export compliance, contracts management, or industrial security experience.
• Expert knowledge of ITAR, EAR, and OFAC regulations.
• Ability to distill complex regulatory requirements into business impacts.

Responsibilities

• Provide export compliance consultation and training with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain and improve the site’s overall compliance posture aligned with policies.
• Act as site export compliance official and coordinate with facilities security.
• Provide timely and accurate advice on export classifications, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop site-specific export compliance policies and work instructions.
