Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics seeks an Export Compliance Manager in Chandler, AZ to lead the site’s export compliance program. You will oversee licensing, documentation, training, auditing, and issue resolution, ensuring adherence to ITAR, EAR, and OFAC regulations and related internal controls.

The role acts as the primary on-site compliance resource, coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders while supporting corporate initiatives and Empowered Official responsibilities under

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in export compliance or related regulatory functions (ITAR, EAR, OFAC).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional teams and translate complex regulations into clear guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert export compliance consultations to engineering, quality, operations, sales, contracts, HR and other stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver training programs to support site-wide compliance.
• Review ECOs and product changes for compliance impacts and licensing needs.
• Review export holds, perform restricted-party screenings, and validate export data for timely shipments.
