Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Extensive experience in global export controls, sanctions, and trade compliance.
• Strong understanding of classification methodologies for products, software, and tech.
• Experience supporting software, digital technologies, AI solutions, and cloud environments.
• Knowledge of international export control frameworks and US/EU regulations.
• Experience interacting with government agencies.
• Familiarity with SAP, SAP GTS, Oracle, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain export control policies and governance frameworks.
• Provide guidance on EAR, deemed exports, and sanctions regulations.
• Lead export compliance initiatives across the product lifecycle with multiple teams.
• Develop and execute export licensing strategies and manage complex authorizations.
• Lead reviews of sensitive transactions involving military end users and high‑risk jurisdictions.
• Interpret regulatory changes and interface with authorities; support audits and training.
