Qualifications

• Requires Washington State Food Worker Card (WSFWC).
• Requires Washington State MAST/Class 12 or 13 certification.
• At least 1 year of restaurant service experience preferred.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Ability to listen effectively to customer needs and respond accordingly.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Team player with courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Be on time and attend all meetings.
• Take orders and payments following service steps.
• Upsell by suggesting specials and events.
• Deliver and announce food and drinks with accuracy and enthusiasm.
• Accommodate special guest requests.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely delivery.
• Address issues politely and promptly.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and prep times.
• Assist teammates with additional tasks as needed.
• Complete opening, running, closing duties and side work.
• Follow health and beverage service standards and keep workspace clean.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation and safety guidelines.
