Job summary

The Bay Restaurant in Whitefish Bay, WI invites an expo/dishwasher to join our 30-person team. Located at 342 E Silver Spring Dr, we offer 2–3 shifts per week with opportunities for more hours as you gain experience and reliability.

This role supports the kitchen by communicating with servers and cooks, plating and finishing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift. Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be 16 or older.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a kitchen environment, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Able to listen to and follow directions and communicate effectively with teammates in English.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Age 16+.

Responsibilities

We are located on 342 E Silver Spring Dr. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working. We're looking to fill two to three shifts per week, with opportunities to get more hours with experience and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Communicate between serving staff and cooks to ensure timely order execution
• Plating/finishing/garnishing dishes ready to serve
• Keeping up with dishes throughout the shift, including cleaning, polishing, and organizing
• EoD cleaning, including proper food storage and sanitation proceedures
