Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Health or Safety Management required.
• Master's degree in Occupational Health or Industrial Hygiene preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in safety management in manufacturing/aerospace environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and document internal safety audits for OSHA compliance.
• Develop and manage safety programs including industrial hygiene and ergonomics.
• Oversee Process Safety Management (PSM) and change control processes.
• Design and deliver safety training on confined space, LOTO, PPE, and fire safety.
• Conduct Job Hazard Analyses and lead incident investigations using root cause methods.
• Lead air monitoring, noise surveys, and recommend engineering/administrative controls.
• Maintain OSHA 300 logs and support regulatory reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with management, engineering, and operations to address safety concerns.
