Job summary

Oak Grove Technologies, LLC seeks an A&E Handling/Storage, Transportation Lead to supervise explosives handling and transport operations at SWFPAC/Bangor, WA. You will oversee receipt, storage, issue, and sentencing of Hazard Class 1.1–1.4 ammunition, and lead licensed transport teams for on- and off-station movements.

The role requires security clearance, CDL-A with Hazmat, and a strong focus on safety. Travel within WA is expected, with early shifts and after-hours recall as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience related to A&E storage, accountability, and transport.
• Establish and maintain a Qual/Cert program per NAVSO/NAVSEA requirements and related certifications.
• Knowledge of handling Hazard Class/Division 1.1–1.4 explosives and related storage requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise A&E handling/storage/transport personnel and operations.
• Maintain qualification/certification folders for personnel handling A&E.
• Coordinate ammunition transport schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
