Job summary

Oak Grove Technologies, LLC seeks a highly skilled A&E Handling/Storage, Transportation Lead to supervise daily operations at SWFPAC and MCSFBN. You will oversee receipt, storage, issue, and transport of Hazard Class/Division 1.1–1.4 explosives, ensuring safety and compliance with Navy, Marine Corps, and DoD regulations.

Qualifications

• Secret security clearance: current or ability to obtain.
• CDL Class A with Hazmat endorsement required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent military/civilian ammunition/explosives handling experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience.
• Advanced office automation and management skills.
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities in a high-consequence environment.
• A&E handling, storage, and transportation experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise A&E handling/storage/transportation operations and personnel.
• Coordinate and schedule ammunition transport to on- and off-station ranges.
• Maintain qualification/certification records for personnel handling A&E.
• Ensure compliance with NAVSEA NAVSUP and DoD regulations for storage and transport.
• Oversee OIS/TAMIS transactions and reporting.
• Prepare and deliver required reports and inventories.
