Job summary

All Native Group is seeking a full-time Explosives Countermeasures Instructor based in Blackstone, Virginia. The instructor will be responsible for teaching explosives and IED recognition techniques, managing courses, and evaluating their effectiveness. Candidates must have significant Military EOD experience and possess or be able to obtain a SECRET security clearance. The position may require frequent travel and offers a challenging work environment with exposure to personal risks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of Military Explosive Ordnance Disposal experience.
• Minimum of three years formal EOD instructor experience.
• Must possess or obtain a SECRET security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes and manages explosives countermeasures training courses.
• Evaluates training effectiveness to ensure objectives are met.
• Establishes and maintains liaison with law enforcement and military organizations.

Skills

Expert knowledge of current terrorist tactics and procedures

Advanced knowledge of current protective security methods

Oral and written communication skills

Education

Graduate of NAVSCOLEOD

High School diploma

Associate's degree preferred
