Job summary

All Native Group, The Federal Services Division of Ho-Chunk Inc. seeks a full-time Explosives Countermeasures Instructor in Blackstone, Virginia. The instructor will oversee training for explosives and IED recognition, ensuring curriculum effectiveness while serving as a subject matter expert.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven (7) years of Military Explosive Ordnance Disposal experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of formal EOD instructor experience.
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage explosives countermeasures training courses.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure objectives are met.
• Present security awareness briefings to various audiences.
• Conduct practical exercises and assist other instructors.
• Stay up-to-date with current EOD techniques.

Skills

Ability to conduct live explosives demonstrations

Education

High school diploma

Associate’s degree preferred

Graduate of NAVSCOLEOD
