Job summary

All Native Group is hiring an Operational Medicine Instructor based in Blackstone, Virginia. This role will focus on providing specialized training in operational medicine, utilizing TCCC and Diplomatic Security guidelines. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, military background, and familiarity with adult learning methodologies. The position requires some travel for training purposes and operates within standard office hours, with some evening and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of instructional experience.
• Five to ten years of prior military service or equivalent experience.
• Recent experience in teaching TCCC or tactical/operational medicine.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized training in operational medicine.
• Develop course content and lesson plans.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide recommendations.
• Coordinate training schedules and material logistics.
