Job summary

Olin is seeking a Laborer Support in Independence, MO to advance explosive materials through an assembly process. You will conduct visual inspections using gauges and operate presses to complete assembly of products.

The role offers a 4-10 work schedule with days 5:00AM-3:30PM or evenings 4:00PM-2:30AM, depending on department. Starting pay is $22.68/hour with increase to $25.36 after 120-day probation, plus benefits from day 1 and relocation/vetting requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior full-time work experience preferred; manufacturing/industrial environment preferred.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 30 pounds; push up to 35 pounds.
• Willingness to work weekends/overtime.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual inspections using gauges to ensure manufacturing specifications are met.
• Operate various presses and perform mechanical adjustments to complete assembly of products.
