Job summary

SpaceXai is seeking an AI Data Labeling Lead to guide a small team of Tutors in delivering high-quality training data for AI systems. You will execute labeling and reviews personally while driving operational excellence across projects.

You will own end-to-end quality and delivery for Human Data initiatives, conduct performance reviews, and collaborate with engineering to translate model needs into labeling strategies, shaping the data workflow and guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years professional engineering experience or Master's degree in engineering.
• Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
• Demonstrated experience with performance management and training program development.

Responsibilities
