Job summary

Integrity Technology Consultants, Inc. is seeking an Expert-Level Systems Engineer with TS/SCI and CI Polygraph for critical GEOINT programs in the Chantilly, VA area.

You will guide requirements and solutions engineering across NSG/ASG and federal agencies, directing multi-discipline teams and addressing complex DoD/IC projects. You will shape architectures, perform AoAs/CoAs, ensure traceability, and translate mission needs into actionable system requirements while coordinating across cloud

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with CI Polygraph is required for the role.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering or in a related STEM field or equivalent experience.
• 18+ years of experience in government or industry in DoD/IC acquisition, requirements, PPBES, or large complex systems.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering lifecycle and NSG/ASG/NRO enterprises.
• Experience with NGA/NSG/ASG programs and IC/DoD projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams across requirements, solutions engineering, scheduling, risk and test activities.
• Review cloud service capabilities, workflows, and scheduling limitations.
• Advise on changes to solutions designs based on requirements and new tech.
• Translate mission needs into system requirements and architectures.
• Coordinate system integration activities and AoAs/CoAs/Trade Studies.
• Provide strategic planning, performance engineering and interface design guidance.
• Oversee multiple contractor systems engineers across levels.
