Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Delaware is seeking a skilled Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain customer vehicles to dealership and manufacturer standards. You will work with an experienced service team using the tools and resources provided to ensure a safe, reliable, and exceptional service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous automotive service technician experience preferred.
• ASE and/or manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills are essential.
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicle systems.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Pre-employment drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair customer vehicles accurately and efficiently.
• Address customer concerns through proper diagnosis, repair, and quality control.
• Perform maintenance and repairs according to dealership, manufacturer, and safety standards.
• Complete repair orders and assigned work within established time expectations.
• Perform vehicle inspections and identify needed maintenance or repairs.
• Maintain documentation for repair orders and timekeeping.
• Stay current on manufacturer information and service bulletins.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and team members.
