Job summary

Mercor is seeking an experienced program or operations manager fluent in Mandarin to run delivery for a team of senior domain experts training and evaluating AI agents. You will own throughput, quality and expert performance for the Mandarin Chinese (mainland China) cohort across finance, consulting, law, medicine, STEM and HR.
