Ethos, in partnership with a leading AI lab, is seeking Senior Software Engineers to help train a language model on software development tasks. This remote, flexible role expects 5+ years at top technology companies to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core software workflows.

Compensation is $100 per hour with 5–20 hours per week, fully remote and ASAP start. You can work on your own schedule, contributing to high-impact AI initiatives while maintaining your current
