Ethos is partnering with a leading AI lab to recruit Senior/Staff Software Engineers to train their latest language model on software development tasks. The role focuses on creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated work across core software engineering workflows.

Location: Fully remote with flexible hours, 5-20 hours per week. Start date ASAP. Compensation is $100/hour. Ethos provides a platform to match you to paid engagements and offers ongoing opportunities beyond this role.
