Ethos is seeking senior bid managers to help train its latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations across RFPs, orals decks, executive summaries, win themes, compliance matrices, and pricing slides.

This is a fully remote engagement offering $70/hour with flexible hours (5-20+ per week). Start date is ASAP; 4+ years of proposal management or bid writing experience is required, with a proven wins record

Qualifications

• 4+ years in proposal management or bid writing at a significant company.
• Track record of managed bids won, including orals deck production.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced senior bid managers who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for senior bid managers with 4+ years leading RFP responses and orals presentations to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: RFP response documents, orals presentation decks, executive summary writing, win theme development, compliance matrices, and pricing volume support slides.
