You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated decks across RFPs, orals, executive summaries, and pricing slides, leveraging expert PowerPoint skills and precise writing.

The role offers flexible 5-20 hours per week with ASAP start, fully remote in a US-friendly timeframe, and compensation at $70/hour.

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced proposal coordinators who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. We're looking for proposal coordinators with 4+ years leading RFP responses and orals presentations to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: RFP response documents, orals presentation decks, executive summary writing, win theme development, compliance matrices, and pricing volume support slides.

Compensation

Compensation: $70/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
