Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced multi-strategy analysts to train a language model on professional presentation tasks. You will create and refine AI-generated slide decks across investment workflows, including pitch decks and portfolio reviews, drawing on 3+ years of hedge fund or asset management experience.

This is a flexible, remote role with 5–20 hours per week and an ASAP start. Strong PowerPoint mastery and precise written communication are essential to deliver high-quality, slide-focused

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced multi-strategy analysts from hedge funds and asset managers who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for multi-strategy analysts with 3+ years at a hedge fund, long‑only manager, or multi‑strategy platform to create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: investment pitch decks, position review one‑pagers, portfolio review presentations, thesis memos with exhibits, and quarterly LP letter materials.
