Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced in-house M&A manager to help train an AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will create and refine presentations for board approvals, target screening, synergy analyses, and integration planning, delivering crisp, executive-ready decks.

This role is fully remote with flexible 5-20 hours per week, starting ASAP. 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A and expert-level PowerPoint skills are required.

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced in-house M&A managers who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for M&A managers with 4+ years running acquisitions, divestitures, or partnerships in-house to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: board approval decks, target screening presentations, synergy analysis exhibits, deal update memos, integration planning decks, and pipeline review materials.

$100/hour
