Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced M&A senior manager to help train an AI language model by crafting professional presentations and slide decks for live transactions. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across core workflows, including board approval decks and deal update memos.

The role is fully remote with flexible hours and a competitive hourly rate. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company, with expert PowerPoint

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced M&A senior managers who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced M&A senior managers who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. We're looking for M&A senior managers with 4+ years running acquisitions, divestitures, or partnerships in-house to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: board approval decks, target screening presentations, synergy analysis exhibits, deal update memos, integration planning decks, and pipeline review materials.

Compensation: $100/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: ASAP
