Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced corporate development and in-house M&A professionals to train and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for executive use. The role focuses on live transactions, board materials, and high-quality slide craftsmanship.

This fully remote, flexible engagement offers $100/hour with 5-20 hours per week. Start date is ASAP, and candidates work on their own schedule from anywhere, aligning with core workflows and high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company.
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine AI-generated board, target, and deal presentation decks for live transactions.

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced corporate development and in-house M&A professionals who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for corp dev managers and directors with 4+ years running acquisitions, divestitures, or partnerships in-house to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: board approval decks, target screening presentations, synergy analysis exhibits, deal update memos, integration planning decks, and pipeline review materials.

Compensation: $100/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: ASAP
