Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: technical military background.
• Tech cert, degree or industry-specific license.
• 5–7 years of technical work experience.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical and diesel systems.
• Customer service experience and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and coach juniors.

Job Summary:The Expert Field Service Technician will be responsible for initiating and executing field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner. This role works with more advanced and multi/complex systems, proactively troubleshoots systems, works with mechanical, electrical, diesel equipment conditions, conducts preventative maintenance and parts inventory, and anticipates and corrects safety issues (both Company and Customer owned equipment). Has direct interfacing with customer and may be responsible for work in multiple systems/locations/customers.
