Xylem is hiring an Expert Field Service Technician to perform on-site service activities, troubleshoot systems, and transport equipment safely to customer sites in Indianapolis, IN. The role requires DOT compliance, ability to obtain a CDL, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of technical field experience in industrial or commercial process environments.
• Must have HS diploma or equivalent and be able to obtain CDL Class A or B with endorsements.
• Ability to obtain required clearances (TWIC, DISA) and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a DOT-regulated vehicle and transport materials between sites.
• Initiate and perform field service activities at customer locations with proactive troubleshooting.

Transports materials/equipment from point A to point B Initiates and executes field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner; including proactive system troubleshooting, mechanical, electrical, anticipates and corrects safety issues (both Company and Customer owned equipment); Direct interfacing with customer; may be responsible for work in multiple systems /locations/customers## ## **Experience Requirements:**## Ability to obtain all required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc); Ability to obtain DOT Medical card, Clean driving record; Work experience preferred; 2 to 5 years of technical work experience including industrial or commercial process water experience ## **Education Requirements:**## HS diploma or equivalent, & capable of obtaining a CDL, class A or B with applicable endorsements.
