Our Louis Vuitton is seeking a highly motivated, curious, and commercially-minded Expert Client Advisor Les Extraordinaires, to join our incredible team.

As an Expert Client Advisor Les Extraordinaires, you will be accountable for developing and driving your designated product category (watches, fine jewelry, exotics, hardsided, and Objets Nomade.) As a brand Ambassador, you will ensure that every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton Promise. With a finesse for storytelling and excellent communication skills, you will lead sales in your product category while successfully selling across the brand. By cultivating and developing trusted relationships with both existing and new clients, you will guide them in discovering the brand, thereby enhancing their loyalty to Louis Vuitton.

Job responsibilities

We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about the Brand, the category, and the DNA of Louis Vuitton. The position requires a high level of storytelling, excellent interpersonal skills and the expectation to be a sales leader in the area of expertise, consistently remaining the Top Seller in the category. Candidates must have experience encouraging positive relationships with clients and demonstrate outstanding product knowledge in their chosen field and maintain a highly analytical and commercial ability.

Profile

As an Expert Client Advisor - Les Extraordinaires, you will be the "go-to" person in-store for any needs related to selling and clienteling techniques within your specific category. Acting as a partner to your manager, you will provide vital feedback to drive the business forward. You will communicate corporate strategy and relevant business information to your team through morning briefings, training sessions, and 1:1 coaching. Additionally, you will assist in observing the team during the selling ceremony and collaborate with them to introduce your product category. Expert Client Advisors also lead by example in managing their own portfolio of clients and demonstrating outstanding clienteling practices.

As an Expert Client Advisor Les Extraordinaires, you will be responsible for:

The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate within the range of USD$27-$31 plus the opportunity for commission, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions
