Responsibilities

• Engage with guests and provide friendly, professional bar service.
• Work quickly and accurately during high-volume service.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar, stocked and service-ready.
• Follow recipes, portion standards, and responsible alcohol service requirements.
• Communicate product shortages, inventory needs, and operational concerns to management.
• Support servers and other team members throughout service.
• Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking responsibilities.
