Thomas Jefferson University is seeking a seasoned Data Architect to manage organization-wide data assets and design governance, architecture, and processes for acquiring, organizing, storing, and integrating data. You will lead modernization, ensure security, and drive scalable solutions across cloud and on-prem platforms.

Responsibilities include establishing data governance, collaborating with stakeholders, mentoring staff, and maintaining critical SOPs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related work experience in data management and architecture.
• Proficiency with relational and cloud database platforms listed.
• Strong data modeling skills and performance tuning techniques.
• Experience with HA/DR strategies and data security practices.
• Automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, T-SQL, PL/SQL).
• Familiarity with IaC tools and monitoring/ compliance standards.
