The candidate will ensure technical requirements are defined, coordinate with stakeholders, and prepare comprehensive reports. A security clearance and willingness to travel are essential, with a hybrid onsite/field-work

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required for consideration.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% to field locations.
• Experience facilitating planning meetings, workshops, and technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Support SBIR experimentation efforts for DON, coordinating with SBIR firms and government sponsors.
• Develop planning products: schedules, data collection plans, and post-event reports.
• Plan and execute experiments, ensure requirements align with technology maturity and operational needs.
• Mentor SBIR participants on processes and best practices throughout planning and execution.
