Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a U.S. Navy officer
• Experience on a numbered fleet, major staff, or Warfighting Development Center
• Experience with tactical/operational planning, including fleet exercises and experiments
• Knowledge of emerging operating concepts and capabilities
• Ability to compile input from multiple authors and produce high-quality written products
• Ability to embark on Navy ships, submarines, and aircraft
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
