Job summary

JANUS Research Group in Fort Bliss, TX seeks a Joint/Multinational Experiment Planner to coordinate, schedule, and synchronize all experiment planning activities under the G3 Plans Division. An active Secret clearance is required, with experience in MDMP and large-scale exercises.

The role includes staffing, tracking and prioritizing taskings, delivering status briefs to leadership, and ensuring ranges, training areas, and instrumentation are reserved and properly resourced for events and IPRs.

Qualifications

• Experience in executing the Army MDMP and in planning large-scale operations or exercises.
• Experience with joint/multinational experiments or operations.
• Ability to brief and present analytical results to senior leadership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing comprehensive plans for internal and external integration to support experiment planning.
• Staffing, tracking, and approving experiment-related tasks, products and documents.
• Provide status briefs to the division chief and Lead Planner; summarize progress and risks.
• Coordinate ranges, training areas, ranges, airspace, and instrumentation resources for events.
