Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Wisconsin seeks an Experiential Therapist I to develop, plan, implement and evaluate experiential therapy programming across specialties. You will apply psychosocial understanding, coordinate with interdisciplinary staff, and maintain safe, therapeutic environments using diverse activities.

The role involves adherence to regulations, training, and program development to support patient care and recovery within Rogers facilities.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in art, music, dance, recreation or related therapies required.
• Master’s degree in these areas preferred.
• Certification/registration through credentialing board preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct self in a professional manner.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented approach to patient care.
• Maintain a supportive and collaborative environment with all disciplines.
• Display leadership and positive role-modeling.
• Display professionalism in all aspects of the position.
• Demonstrate a courteous and respectful demeanor.
• Identify ROS concerns and provide input for resolution.
• Complete a treatment plan and evaluation according to Rogers policy.
• Complete therapeutic documentation according to policy.
• Attend mandatory in-services and other relevant trainings.
